David Santee

Director of Skating
David Santee

David is the 1981 World Silver Medalist, a seven-time U.S. World team member, and a two-time Olympian, taking 4th Place in Men’s Singles at the Lake Placid Olympics in 1980. The youngest male to win U.S. Junior Championship, he is a 13-time U.S. medalist, ranking 3rd all time. David is a 2015 US Figure Skating and ISI Hall of Fame inductee. He participates in an advisory capacity with the International Skating Institute and Professional Skating Association, and is also the Instructors Representative on the Board of Directors of ISI.

Ingrid Santee

Ingrid Santee

A national competitor, Ingrid was a member of Disney on Ice and has 10 years experience as a skating director and rink manager.

Teaches: Freestyle, MIF, Choreography, Style, Power, Basic Skills, ISI/USFS

Alina Barnas

Alina has 10 years of coaching experience and is an ISI Professional Member and WeSkate certified instructor.

Alessandra Barresi-Spalla

Ali started skating at age 3 and is now a Regional Competitor. She loves skating and working with younger skaters.

Ania Biernat

Ania is a 10-year Regional Competitor and USFS Double Gold Medalist in Free Skate and Moves in the Field. She enjoys working with children of all ages and levels.

Julie Brinskelle

Julie has 10 years of coaching experience and is a three-time Adult National Competitor, PSA member, and WeSkate certified instructor.

Teaches: ISI Basic Skills, MIF, Power, Freestyle, ISI/USFS

Joyce Bristol

Joyce has over 20 years of experience coaching ISI competitive and recreational skaters from tots to adults, figure skating and hockey. She is also a Special Olympics coach and Regional Competitor, Juv. FS & Adult Silver test.

Teaches: ISI Basic Skills, Freestyle, Choreography

Maggie Carey

Maggie is a five-time Regional Competitor. She has taught tot and pre-alpha classes for the past four years. She enjoys sharing a love for skating with her students.

Molly Driscoll

Molly is a 10-year competitor, four-time Regional Competitor, and Senior Gold Medalist in MIF.

Christina Godziszewski

Christina has 13 years of coaching experience. She specializes in jump & spin technique, MIF, choreography, performance (competition and exhibition), power & skating skills, off-ice conditioning, and flexibility. Christina studied Theatre Design and designs competitive figure skating dresses.

Nancy Hitch

Nancy has 40 years of experience. She is an ISI and USFS competitor, ISI member/triple certified WeSkate, and PSA rated and ranked.

Ranait O'Connor

Ranait has skated since age 3 and competed in ISI Adult National Championships. She enjoys teaching entry level students and always looks forward to performing in the Oakton Ice Show!

Monica Olszewski

Monica is a high level USFS Competitor for 10 years. She took her final Moves in the Field test in February 2017. She enjoys teaching all ages and levels.
