Oakton Park Project Public Meetings

Park Ridge Park District seeks the community’s input on proposed park and facility improvements at Oakton Park. Nothing will be finalized until we hear from you, our taxpayers.

Community Information Meetings

We will be hosting multiple community information meetings over the next few months. The first two will take place:

  • Wednesday, April 1, 7:00 PM, South Park, 833 W. Talcott Rd.
  • Saturday, April 18, 9:00 AM, Prospect Park, Wohlers Hall, 733 N. Prospect Ave.

Public meetings have been cancelled due to COVID-19.

Oakton Park and Facilities Tours

See the Park for yourself, including behind the scenes areas of the Oakton Ice Arena like the mechanical rooms.

Tours begin promptly at 7:30am and will last about 1 hour on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, March 18
  • Wednesday, March 25
  • Wednesday, April 1
  • Wednesday, April 8
  • Wednesday, April 15

All tours have been cancelled due to COVID-19.
