Whether your interest is self-confidence, self defense, personal development, fitness, flexibility, or the simple desire to learn these ancient arts, our instructors are dedicated to helping you achieve your individual goals.
Affordable youth and adult classes are offered in a variety of disciplines including karate, tae kwon do, and more.

Karate
Pre-Karate
Children develop coordination, strength, and preliminary karate skills in a safe and well-supervised setting. (ISKC)
Youth/Adult Karate
An excellent opportunity to share quality time with your child. Students increase their coordination, agility, and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. (ISKC) Each individual attending must register; fee is per person.
Registration for Continuing through Advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but full class fee will be required. Beginning Karate students will not be permitted to register into the current session after the second class has met.
Note: Uniforms and belt testing are options available through the ISKC instructor.
Tae Kwon Do and Jujitsu
Traditional martial arts like Tae Kwon Do and JuJitsu are blended with modern practical self-defense strategies and techniques. Improve your physical fitness and confidence in self-defense situations. Parents are encouraged to sign up for class and train with their children in the 7-12 age classes.
Self-Defense
Realistic self-defense maneuvers (breaking free from holds or grabs from various angles of attack) are taught along with striking, kicking, and pressure point techniques. The class includes strength, flexibility, endurance/cardio training as well as “street smart” psychology.
