DAYTIME SAVINGS MEMBERSHIP

Do you only have a few hours to spare during the day to work out? We understand! And, we have created a new form of membership to meet your schedule -- our Daytime Savings Membership.This membership offers full access to the Community Center during the hours of 9am - 3pm only, Monday-Friday. This new membership is perfect for seniors or at-home parents who only have or need a little time in the gym to keep feeling healthy.

. . Membership Definitions & Policies
Complex:
 Includes the use of the entire facility during hours of operation. Includes open gym, open swim, fitness center, and racquetball courts. Youth Complex memberships are prorated to accommodate usage restrictions. Youth age 12 and under are not permitted to use the fitness center or track.
Adult:
 Persons age 13-64.
Youth:
 Persons age 12 and Under.
Senior:
 Persons age 65 and Up.
Daylight Savings:
 Facility useage permitted Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm.
Resident:
 Residents/Households/Businesses residing within the boundaries of Park Ridge Park District.
Additional Member Fees:
 Fees will not be prorated, at any time, for a household member added to the primary individual membership.
Household:
 All persons residing at the same address.
Additional Member:
Any household member added to the primary individual membership.
Refund Policy:
 3-month memberships are nonrefundable. Additional member fees are nonrefundable.
Cancellation Fee:
 For any cancellation of annual memberships, a service charge of $25 will be applied to refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Allow 30 days for processing.
*Note:
 Youth and Senior resident upgrades allow one add-on per membership (maximum 2 people on membership)
**Corporate Memberships:
 Corporate Memberships are individual memberships only. No add-ons. (maximum 1 person per membership)
Additional Information
To Receive Discount Rates, you must provide the following: (1) Proof of Residency for all members 18 & Up; (2) Proof of Age for all members 65 & Up; or (3) Proof of employment/ current pay stub for all corporate members. Documents must be presented at time of purchase.
Making It Easy On Your Pocketbook - Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT)
Renew your Community Center membership with an EFT* (electronic fund transfer). Pay two months of your yearly membership and the balance will be billed in 10 equal monthly payments. With this easy payment plan, we will automatically deduct the monthly membership fee from your bank account. The debit will occur the first week of every month. No additional fees – no hassle.
