Register Online
Click here to register online. Registration for Summer begins May 10 at 7:00am. Spring programs are currently open for registration.
First-Time Registering?
In order to register online, you must fill out
a household
information form and
return it to Park Ridge Park District five days prior to registration.
You will then be assigned a Login and PIN for use in registering
online.
Please
note: Preschool and Ice Arena classes will not be part of
the online registration
due to pre-requisites.
Other Ways to Register
Summer Registration Form
- IN PERSON: Processed in real-time. A receipt will be printed at the time of registration. 2701 W. Sibley Avenue.
- DROP-OFF: Place registration forms, proof of residency, and payment in an envelope and bring to Maine Park Leisure Center at 2701 W. Sibley Avenue. Registrations are held until the end of the day once registration begins and then processed.
- MAIL: Mail registration forms, proof of residency and payment to: Registration, Park Ridge Park District, 2701 West Sibley Avenue, Park Ridge, IL 60068. Registrations are held until the end of the day once registration begins and then processed.
- FAX: Fax registration forms and proof of residency with complete credit card information to 847-692-6949. Registrations are held until the end of the first day of registration and then processed.
