Whatever your goal or ability, we have an option for you. Our array of fitness classes is the most diverse around, enabling you to target what’s important to you. From stretching or cardio to strengthening or overall fitness, our instructors incorporate the latest equipment and techniques to keep you healthy, energetic and fit.

Whether you're just getting into a fitness routine for the first time, or you'd like to focus on a particular goal, our personal trainers are available to help you develop a personal fitness routine, motivate and encourage you.

Fitness Class Pass

Fitness classes at the Centennial Fitness Center are all drop-in only. Buy more and save with our punch card options! Punch cards give you access to all of our top-notch classes. Fitness classes held at the South Park Rec Center are not on the Fitness Pass. Check our current fitness schedule for information on how to register for these classes.

Hustle Up the Hill

Saturday, April 29, at 9:00am at the Centennial Sled Hill

The Park District opened its Fitness Center doors on September 5, 1992. We are celebrating this milestone all year long and invite you to participate in our fi rst member challenge on one of the hottest training spots in Park Ridge, the Centennial Park Sled Hill. Contests, refreshments and giveaways.

FREE Spin Orientation

Saturday, April 29, at 11:30am-12:15pm

This class includes bike set-up, benefit explanation of a spin program, and a short ride to get you comfortable on the bike and prepared for your first class. Spin is for all ages and abilities. Nobody is left behind and everyone goes home satisfied with their ride. For ages 14 yrs and older. Please register in advance.
