Whatever your goal or ability, we have an option for you. Our array of fitness classes is the most diverse around, enabling you to target what’s important to you. From stretching or cardio to strengthening or overall fitness, our instructors incorporate the latest equipment and techniques to keep you healthy, energetic and fit.

Whether you're just getting into a fitness routine for the first time, or you'd like to focus on a particular goal, our personal trainers are available to help you develop a personal fitness routine, motivate and encourage you.

Fitness Class Pass

Fitness classes at the Centennial Fitness Center are all drop-in only. Buy more and save with our punch card options! Punch cards give you access to all of our top-notch classes. Fitness classes held at the South Park Rec Center are not on the Fitness Pass. Check our current fitness schedule for information on how to register for these classes.

The more classes you attend, the more you save! Plus, you’ll never have to worry about how many classes you have left on your Fitness Class Pass. This is also a great way to try a new class. You'll never get bored with your fitness routine! Please see the front desk staff to assist you with your purchase. Centennial Fitness Center Membership is not required.

FREE BODYPUMP Launch Party

Saturday, June 3, at 9:15am-10:15am

Get ready to have some fun, keep your body toned, and burn calories all day long in our newest and most effective strength training class - Body Pump! Whether you have “pumped” in the past or are a brand new pumper, everyone is welcome to join the Body Pump party! We recently purchased some awesome bars and multi-colored weight plates, and our staff is trained to deliver the best total body strength workout out there! You are in control of how much weight you are using, and exercises can be modified. Legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders, and abs are included in this workout. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get ready to pump with us! Contact Diane Murphy at 847-692-5136 with any questions.
