We know your experiences with us are long-lasting, and that’s why we offer a guarantee that you’ll come away with a sense of enjoyment so you’ll come back again and again.

Refund Requests

The Park Ridge Park District promises to provide quality recreation programs and events, and we back up that promise by offering a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with a recreational class in which you participate, please tell us and we will arrange for you to do one of the following:

• Repeat the class at no charge.
• Receive full credit that can be applied to another program.
• Receive a full refund.

Refund applications may be completed in person at the Maine Park Leisure Center, Community Center or Oakton Sports Complex at 2800 W. Oakton Avenue, or mailed to any of these facilities.

Requests must be made within 10 business days after the last class meeting. Your receipt, cancelled check or proof of I.D. may be required.

Refund checks will be made payable to the original payee and mailed within 15 business days.

Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to the driving range, camps, adult sport leagues, food or beverages, facility memberships, daily admissions, tickets to entertainment or sport events, and other select programs.
