Free BodyAttack Class

Try out BodyAttack at our FREE class! A whole body workout that burns calories while toning and shaping. Combine athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Improve coordination and agility. Moves can be catered to every fitness level.
