Zentangle Holiday Cards with Wax Seals (Ages 18 & Up) In this hands-on art workshop you'll learn the Zentangle Method to create unique, personalized holiday-themed cards along with making your own wax seal for the cards and envelopes. Yoga for Aging Well This mat yoga class will focus on building strength, agility, balance and flexibility. This is a more active class for seniors that includes floor, seated, and standing postures.
