The Centennial Aquatic Center has something for everyone!

Daily Fees

Open Swim:
$11 Resident / $16 Non-Resident

Senior, Age 65 & older
$7 Resident / $12 Non-Resident

Twilight Swim (6:00pm - close):
$7 Resident / $12 Non-Resident

Lap Swim:
$6 Resident / $11 Non-Resident

  • Children 11 months and under are free.
  • Any person entering the facility 12 months and older must pay the entrance fee.
  • Proof of residency is required to receive resident rates.
  • Children 8 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years of age or older.

Weather Policy

Opening and closing of the pool is subject to prevailing weather conditions, including cold weather (temperature at 68 degrees or below) electrical or thunder storms, or heavy rain. Or, if there are 25 or less guests within an hour time at Centennial Aquatic Center.

Note:
  • Due to Riptides home swim meets, the lap pool will close at 4:00pm on June 17, June 24, July 1, July 8, and July 15.
  • Due to the Northern Illinois Swim Conference Championship Meet, the whole facility will close to the public at 3:00pm on Wednesday, July 22.

Rentals

Private rentals and pool parties are available to book online beginning at Noon on April 1 for residents and at Noon on April 3 for non-residents. Please email rentals@prparks.org or call 847-292-8921 with any questions.

CENTENNIAL AQUATIC CENTER RENTALS

Private rentals of the Leisure Pool are available daily from 8:00pm-10:00pm. The Wading Pool is available to add on to evening rentals. Private Leisure Pool or Wading Pool Rentals are also available on weekend mornings.

Pool Rentals

Centennial Aquatic Center Birthday Parties

Parties are available 7 days a week; reserved between 12:30pm-7:00pm. The Party package includes admission, food choice, and patio area for 1 ½ hours. Bring in your choice of dessert, but no frozen items please.

15 guests, includes birthday child: $330 R / $413 NR 
Additional 5 guests: $60 R / $85 NR

Food at Centennial Aquatic Center

The concession stand at the Centennial Aquatic Center, operated by The Harp and Fiddle, offers a variety of hot and cold items for your dining enjoyment. Limited outside food and drink is allowed in the facility.

  • Homemade foods, small snacks, sack lunches, and nonalcoholic beverages (in plastic or aluminum cans) are allowed in the facility. 
  • Food and snack items must either be brought in or fit into a small, soft-sided cooler no larger than 6” x 10” x 7”. Coolers are subject to be searched.
  • All glass containers are prohibited.
  • Commercially prepared, carry out food may not be brought into the facility.
  • Large quantity food items or items that require preparation are not allowed.
  • Hard sided coolers and soft coolers larger than 6” x 10” x 7” are prohibited.
  • Other food items that cause/may cause excessive trash, distraction or harm to the facility or its patrons, or are otherwise deemed as non-permissible by Aquatic Center Management (e.g. sunflower seeds, gum, skittles) are not allowed.
