10:00–10:30 AM – POUND: Full-body, low-impact cardio and strength workout

10:30–11:20 AM – Aqua Zumba: Dance-inspired water workout, gentle on joints
Centennial Activity Center

9:00–9:45 AM – Latin Line Dancing: Low-impact movement, no partner needed

10:00–10:30 AM – Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP): Seated or standing exercises to improve strength and mobility

10:45–11:30 AM – Sound Bowl: Seated or floor meditation with soothing vibrations (mats available or bring your own)

10:45–11:30 AM – Tai Chi for Arthritis and Chronic Conditions: Gentle movements to improve balance, posture, and flexibility
