Youth Yoga

Using conscious breathing, basic yoga postures, kinesthetic play, story books, mini health lessons, and relaxation, students will learn to develop strength, balance, and flexibility in a safe, fun setting.


Zumbatonic combines the energy of dance with musical rhythms like salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and country in an easy-to-follow fun fitness format for kids. It’s a great way for kids to burn energy and keep their bodies healthy while learning to rhythm of different types of music.
