YogaFit Kids - Ages 7-9

YogaFit Kids is playful, creative, and fun functional movement, combined with mind-body work. YogaFit Kids allows all children to participate at their own level. Children start by holding poses naturally, in a way it feels best to their bodies.

Kids Zumba - Ages 5-12

Kids Zumba combines the energy of dance with musical rhythms like salsa, meringue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and country in an easy-to-follow fun fitness format for kids. It’s a great way for kids to burn energy and keep their bodies healthy while learning to rhythm of different types of music.

Kids Strength Bootcamp - Ages 7-14

A multidimensional, fun, interactive class focusing on overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination utilizing a variety of equipment. Class is designed to improve skills to enhance children in all sports activities. Instructor: Teri Habetler, B.S. Athletic Training, Sports Medicine and Phycology. Certified instructor in Kids in Active Movement through Play, Yoga, BOSU, Pelvicore, Ballet Barre, ShockWave, and Strength.

Kids Indoor Cycling/Strength Bootcamp - Ages 10-14

This class uses all the components of Strength Boot Camp with an added cardio portion on our stationary cycling bikes.

Family Yoga - Ages 5 & Up

Bring the family to practice in our Family Yoga class taught by Greg Brzozowski, certified YogaFit Kids and Yoga instructor. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce yoga health and fitness benefits for adults and children. Improve strength, flexibility, coordination, posture, and learn to relax and open up to a peaceful state of mind and body.

Family Zumba - Ages 5 & Up

Dance with the family to fast and slow rhymes featuring Latin, salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and country in an easy-to- follow format for kids and adults. Burn energy and keep healthy.
