Fit & Strong NEW! This exercise and behavior change program is designed for active adults living with chronic pain. It helps participants safely manage arthritis, reduce joint pain and stiffness, increase flexibility, and maintain an active lifestyle. Each session includes 45 minutes of exercise followed by 15 minutes of health education. Register for one day or both!
