Hockey is a fun recreational activity, as well as a competitive sport for kids or adults. Starting off young in a sport such as hockey teaches you the lifelong skills to play or coach hockey into adulthood.
Oakton Sports Complex
Stick & Puck sessions are open practice time for hockey players. Skaters under 18 years of age must wear full hockey gear, adults must wear helmets and gloves at a minimum. Pucks and hockey nets will be provided.
All sessions on Studio Rink and are $12. Registration must be done online or in-person prior to skating. Coaches wishing to skate must register and pay fee.

FOR AGES 4-8 Get a feel for the game with our experienced coaches! Sticks are provided, and skate rental is available. Participants need to provide their own helmet, gloves, and protective gear. (Hockey specific gear not required.)
