This class features a new sport each week. Some of the sports taught and played include basketball, floor hockey, football, kickball, soccer, and baseball. In addition, participants play many popular running and group games. Children have the opportunity to acquire new skills and develop confidence in games they have played in previous classes.

The youth dodgeball class gives participants an opportunity to play the popular game in a safe and supervised environment. The program uses super soft balls with the safety of game play being an important factor. Each week, different teams are formed and a different style of dodgeball are played.

The Juniors baseball program is designed to give children an opportunity to begin their baseball playing experience in a fun and supportive environment. During the class, activities are introduced to promote proper balance, equipment, hand eye coordination, following directions and early baseball fundamentals. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided. Parent participation is required for this program.

The Rookies program is designed to progress children through their early baseball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Juniors division are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment. Fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting are focused on each week, with the aim to introduce players to a controlled scrimmage by the end of the session. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.

The Pros program builds skills and rules learned in the Rookies class and introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. Fielding, Hitting, Throwing, and Catching are focused on each week, with more emphasis on body mechanics and control. Players will be introduced to simulated game play and use competitive skill games to test their ability to react to game like situations in a fun and accessible environment. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided.
