Held at our brand new Oakton Sports Complex, Turf Tuff Bootcamp offers a softer surface, reducing the risk of injury and joint stress compared to concrete or asphalt. Join us for sled work, agility ladders, weightlifting and sprints on the turf. Boost accountability and enthusiasm with a community and support among participants. The turf can be used for a wide variety of exercises making it a versatile training area for different fitness levels and goals. Your coaches will combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength exercises to maximize your results. Classes are subject to minimum enrollment. No class Nov 24.

"Hockey Sticks and Drumsticks" is the perfect opportunity for our younger players to work on their basic skills and score some goals! This 2.5 hour long clinic is all about fun and taking advantage of days off of school, with 1 hour of on ice skills and scrimmage followed by 1 hour of off-ice games and activities on our brand new turf field! Players should bring a water bottle, a small snack for in between on-ice activities and turf activities, good running shoes and active wear clothing. Prerequisite: Hockey 1 level skating skills. Required Equipment: Full hockey gear.

This Stick & Puck session is open practice time for hockey players. Skaters under 18 years of age must wear full hockey gear, adults must wear helmets and gloves at a minimum. Pucks and hockey nets will be provided.
