Our instructional program is designed to teach the game of basketball at a basic level while keeping players active and engaged. Fun games are played to teach the importance of each skill learned. Our foundation technique focuses on basic mechanics to build confidence, then adds larger challenges as we progress. Footwork is an extremely important aspect of the game. This means no players are sitting! We work on dribbling with each hand, passing, and shooting technique, and understanding basic offense and defense.

We simplify the jobs of each position so players understand the importance of teamwork. They learn the main positions, both offensively and defensively, by having the opportunity to play them all. Contact is minimal; there is no tackling. We focus on the proper mechanics of running pass routes, receiving, line play, taking hand-offs, and throwing. Basic rules and in-game know-how prepare them for game play. Players learn the game without the risk of major injuries in a safe environment.

Join us on an amazing journey with your child s favorite superstar! In many cases, this is Taylor Swift!! Kids will learn the fundamentals of coding and programming while rocking out. These Swifties will have a blast creating with code! They will program a music video, an interview with their favorite music icon, helping their superstar get ready for the next concert!
