Programs

Participants of all ages learn how to use weapons such as foil and epee while engaging in thrilling and exciting sword fighting! Camp includes a lot of physical conditioning, group work, private lessons, fencing bouts, competition, and games. This helps build endurance, strengthen muscles, build confidence, and learn about teamwork. Camp features Olympic Champions, World Champions, World Cup Champions, and National Champions, as well as all World Level coaches. All equipment is provided. Lunch is included.

Wrap up your summer with baseball fun. Players improve their skills by revisiting fundamentals with new and challenging drills, as well as daily baseball games. Players are divided by age and ability level. Campers gain confidence, improve coordination, and develop an appreciation of a wide variety of games outside of just baseball. Stretching & Agility Training: developing young athletes through modern practices in dynamic stretching, strength development, and injury prevention. Character Development: assisting parents in raising thoughtful, well-adjusted children by teaching life lessons via select IBA materials. Baseball Instruction: teaching the proper fundamentals of the game to all participants, enabling each to become progressively more competent and confident. Cross-Sport Application: introducing young athletes to multiple sports that call for similar skills...thus ensuring a sense of challenge, change, and fun. We cover every aspect of the world’s most popular game. Each day consists of stretching and warm-ups, drills and skills, fun competitions, and a strategy session all leading up to a game.

Mini Sports Camp will be a fun filled 2 hour camp of instruction and playing a variety of sports each day. All Star Sports will email participants regarding what sports and personal equipment each player will need for the day. This camp does not have an indoor location so camp will be canceled for inclement weather and prorated refunds will be issued for lost days.
