Bring your own scarf and be a part of the fashion show. Together we'll demonstrate how to elevate a stylish appearance, and how jewelry enhances the look. This mat yoga class focuses on building strength, agility, balance and flexibility. This is a more active class for seniors that includes floor, seated, and standing postures. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor on their own. Instructor: Jodi Fedoruk. CAC
