Step into a world where rhythm meets adventure! In this exciting Minecraft coding class, students will design and code their own K-Pop Demon Hunter inspired universe. Using Microsoft Make-code and/or JavaScript, they’ll create dazzling stage arenas, program their own musical hits, and code powerful demon-fighting abilities, all set to the beat of K-Pop energy! Students will learn critical thinking, problem-solving, and procedural understanding skills. Perfect for fans of music, creativity, and adventure, this class transforms coding into a high-energy adventure!

In this class, participants will learn to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies; and to know how to care for a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. Program includes the cost of a Certified Instructor, a digital certification card. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, bring lunch and something to drink. Please note: participants MUST be able to complete all skills with proficiency.

Through games and activities this program provides information and skills practice related to important safety training including how to practice safe habits, navigate common household emergencies, and how to prevent & address illness and injury. Participants will learn how to care for a choking infant or child, basic first aid, personal safety for the babysitter, injury prevention, how to care for children, preventing problem behavior, behavior management, ethics and babysitting as a business. Program includes a babysitting manual and a completion card. Participants should bring a baby-sized doll and lunch to class.
