Families! Let's take the time to safely get out of the house from a long day of e-learning/hybrid learning, working from home, and just get out of your house to focus on the health of your family. In this class, you will be lead through a series of postures and poses to lengthen, strengthen, breathe, refocus, and safely have fun with your family! Due to instructor availability, this class has been moved to Tuesdays, April 11-May 16

Tai Chi is a gentle, low impact fitness method that incorporates slow, deep breathing with gentle, flowing, fluid movement to ease pain/stiffness of arthritis and help boost immune response. Relieves stress through the mind and body connection, and improves flexibility, muscle strength, range of motion, lung capacity, blood flow, diabetes, posture and balance (which can help reduce fall risk). No class July 3.
