Experience how yoga can help you to ease and manage symptoms of stress and anxiety in this yoga workshop! No previous yoga experience required. We explore pranayama (breath work), asana (physical poses), and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to release physical tension and find ways to feel strong and resourced in the breath, body, and mind both on and off the yoga mat. Beginners welcome!
