A Master Gardener from the University of Illinois Extension Program will teach gardeners how soils form, how soils differ from place to place, why we have such productive soils in the Midwest, and why microbes play an important part in soil/plant interactions. Seminar takes place at the Community Gardens in Hinkley Park with a rain location of the Centennial Activity Center. Registration deadline: May 15
