We're Turning Up Group Fitness!

We’ve got a lot of AMAZING Indoor, Outdoor, and Virtual Group Fitness options. We are ready and pumped to move with you, and we invite you to join us! 

Scheduling time to take care of yourself is more important now than ever. The difference that one workout makes is HUGE; Increased energy and productivity, improved focus and mood, and increased patience as we work together to have the safest and best experience ever! 

To participate in group fitness classes, you will need to do two things:

1. Purchase a Class Pass

Class passes are available for a single class, or you can purchase a pass with 10 classes included. When you check-in onsite at the class, your pass will be deducted for your participation in class. Fees for Class Passes are as follows:

The Unlimited Group Fitness Class Pass is also available for $75 per month.

You can purchase the pass at the front desk of the Centennial Fitness Center before your class, or you can purchase it ahead of time with our online registration system.

2. Reserve Your Spot in Group Ex Pro

An advance reservation is required for each single class you would like to attend. You can reserve your spot using the Group Ex Pro schedule below. Scroll down to the class you would like to take, and click on the Sign Up link (or you can click on the square with the pencil icon next to the class title). The first time you use this system, you will need to create a login with your name, email, and a password. VIEW THE SCHEDULE & RESERVE YOUR SPOT IN CLASS

Unless otherwise noted, fitness classes are for Ages 11 & Up. Ages 11-13 must be accompanied by an adult.

In-Person Classes:

  • Because space is limited, reservations is required for all group fitness classes.
  • Each class must have at least 5 participants registered in advance to run. Classes not meeting the minimums will be canceled up to 2 hours before the start of class.
  • If you make a reservation and decide to cancel, you can cancel up to 2 hours before the start of the class without penalty.
  • If you do not cancel at least 2 hours before class starts and do not show for a class, your account will be deducted for a fitness class.
  • Locker Rooms are available. However, we recommend you dress for your workout. 
  • Towel service has been suspended at this time, please bring your own towel.

Virtual Group Fitness Classes:

  • Classes are presented using Zoom. If you do not have Zoom, you can download the free app to your computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. You do not need to create a Zoom account.
  • We will do our best to email the Zoom link for the class within 30 minutes of the class start time. The class link will be emailed to you at the email addressed you used for GroupExPro. Participants must have an active group fitness class pass to receive the Zoom link. If you do not receive the link, please contact Regina Mundt at rmundt@prparks.org and/or Justin Schuring at jschuring@prparks.org.
  • Reservations for virtual classes close 45 minutes before class begins.
  • To help us manage participation, your device must have your first name and the first initial of your last name. If we cannot confirm your name and if you are registered for the class, you are subject to removal from the Zoom session.
  • Do not share the Zoom link with others. All participants must be registered through the Park Ridge Park District's GroupExPro system. Those that have not registered through Park Ridge Park District will not be allowed to participate in the class.
  • Everyone registered for the class in GroupExPro will have a class deducted from the their class pass purchased from the Park District.
  • Each class must have at least 8 participants registered in advance to run. Classes not meeting the minimums will be canceled up to 2 hours before the start of class.
  • If you do not cancel at least 2 hours before class starts and do not show for a class, your account will be deducted for a fitness class.
  • Prepare for class! Have a designated workout space planned, a towel or mat, water, and any equipment that you will need for class ready prior to the start of class to ensure you get the best fitness experience.
  • Please be on time. The warm-up is an important component and prepares your body for exercise by increasing circulation to the muscles.
  • All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable to others. 
  • Schedule and instructors are subject to change.

What to Bring to Class:

  • Water Bottle
  • Yoga or Fitness Mat if you have one
  • Towel
