We all know it’s important to exercise, but different people have different goals. You might want to lose some weight. Relieve some stress. Build strength. Cross train to complement another activity. Or even require a low-impact workout after an injury.
Whatever your goal or ability, we have an option for you. Our array of fitness classes is the most diverse around, enabling you to target what’s important to you. From stretching or cardio to strengthening or overall fitness, our instructors incorporate the latest equipment and techniques to keep you healthy, energetic and fit.
Whether you're just getting into a fitness routine for the first time, or you'd like to focus on a particular goal, our personal trainers are available to help you develop a personal fitness routine, motivate and encourage you.
Fitness Class Pass
Fitness classes at the Centennial Fitness Center are all drop-in only. Buy more and save with our punch card options! Punch cards give you access to all of our top-notch classes. Fitness classes held at the South Park Rec Center are not on the Fitness Pass. Check our current fitness schedule for information on how to register for these classes.
*Senior = age 65 & up. Punch cards expire six months from the date of purchase.

The more classes you attend, the more you save! Plus, you’ll never have to worry about how many classes you have left on your Fitness Class Pass. This is also a great way to try a new class. You'll never get bored with your fitness routine! Please see the front desk staff to assist you with your purchase. Centennial Fitness Center Membership is not required.

The Harry O'Brien Fund 5k Run is sponsored by the Park Ridge Community Fund and the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce. It raises money to help those in need in out community through the 23 local social service agencies supported by the Park Ridge Community Fund. Harry O'Brien's life passion was organizing events and festivals to allow businesses and residents to enjoy the community. Honor his legacy of community spirit by joining the run or family walk. Summer 5k Walk/Run

Kick off the summer with the whole family participating in our free 5k! Meet at the Centennial Fitness Center front entrance. Registration is not needed.
Health Fair at Hodges Park

Presented by the Park Ridge Community Health Commission in partnership with the Park Ridge Park District. Check out the many health, fitness, and wellness options available to you in Park Ridge! Health and wellness vendors from the community will be on hand to answer your questions, demonstrate their services, and discuss how they can help you!
