ISKC's karate classes offer a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises included. Students increase their coordination, agility, and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules.

This is a comprehensive self-defense program that utilizes techniques and strategies from multiple martial arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido and Brazilian Jujitsu Classes. These classes are taught by 7th Dan Master Instructor, Mike Norman. Parent and youth can train and learn together.

Students must be blue belt rank or higher. Students must be competent in International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) patterns up to blue belt rank.

Private Piano: This class provides individualized instruction in piano and music theory. Each student receives personalized guidance and time to practice their developing skills during the lesson. Weekly progress updates are shared with parents, outlining what was covered in class and offering suggestions for practice at home. Students will work from both a lesson book and a workbook, with all necessary materials included.
