Our low-impact programs provide a safe, fun-filled environment that encourages participation while minimizing the risk of injury. All activities are designed with safety and inclusivity in mind, ensuring everyone can join in regardless of their fitness level. Our “Walking Concept” means no running is allowed, and coaches strictly enforce this rule to keep play safe and enjoyable. Experienced coaches guide you through the games, stopping play to reset actions when necessary. Come and enjoy the camaraderie and excitement of sports in a supportive, welcoming setting!

This camp is the ultimate sports camp, focusing on a variety of sports including flag football, baseball, kickball, soccer, capture the flag, and other group games. Each day camper’s focus on skill development and fundamentals for each respective sport, followed by game play. Players are always separated into groups based on age, size, friend requests, and skill to ensure a safe and competitive environment. Coaches ensure a fun and energetic atmosphere while promoting teamwork and good sportsmanship.

Come join in on the fun and start playing the nation’s most loved game! Campers are introduced to stance, receiving, rushing, and defense. Each day, players will go through drills, fun games, and end with a scrimmage encouraging teamwork and sportsmanship. Players always get to play either receiver or running back. Games focus on fundamentals and field concepts, as well as positions and mechanics. No equipment necessary!

Sections & Details

Learn the basics of sword-fighting and participate in an exciting new sport! Group classes include games, footwork exercises, and real fencing matches with all equipment provided. Fencing helps to develop agility, focus, muscle strength, coordination, and sportsmanship. This class is coached by a Master Fencing Instructor who is a former World Cup Champion and National US Fencing Team Coach. Location: Fencing Center of Chicago, 111 S. Washington Ave, Park Ridge

IBA believes in a holistic approach to teaching the game through blending skill development with character education. Players gain confidence, improve coordination, and appreciate the joys of teamwork and sportsmanship during weekly games with age appropriate practices.
