If you suspect that the blood of the ancient gods runs through your veins, come quick! Train to use your powers of architecture, tinkering, logic, and more, like we’ve trained the eons of heroes who have come before you! Is your godly relative the great and wise Athena? The sun god Ra? The trickster Loki? Design your cabin emblem, collect and create camp beads, and get ready to accept the task the Oracle sets forth for you and your fellow demigods! Camp participants at Maine Park or Wildwood camps will be walked to Camp Demigod by a counselor. Bus transportation is limited to camps that attend Maine Park After Care. Attendees who are not in a camp or who are in a camp that doesn't attend Maine Park After Care will need to find their own transportation to class.

Argh, me hearties! Climb aboard the great ship Wildwood on our way to adventure. Design and race a seaworthy vessel, create your pirate treasure, and hoist your colors high! Learn to use compasses, GPS, maps and stars to follow the paths to treasure! Camp participants at Maine Park or Wildwood camps will be walked to GPS Pirates by a counselor. Bus transportation is limited to camps that attend Maine Park After Care. Attendees who are not in a camp or who are in a camp that doesn't attend Maine Park After Care will need to find their own transportation to class.

Fire up the campfire and create delicious dishes in all kinds of interesting ways. We might cook in a jar, in an orange, using foil, with a can or using other interesting methods. Put your cooking skills to the test and whip up your own signature campfire dish.

We offer supervised transportation from our Before Care program to District 64 summer school location. Please note that this service is only available for 8:30am start classes. Once the Before Care program fills, staff is unable to accommodate additional participants due to space restrictions. Participants must be registered in S.S.O. Camp Rewind, S.S.O. Nature Camp Youngers or Olders, and S.S.O. Teen Trail Blazers in order to enroll for the Before Care Shuttle option. PLEASE NOTE: For campers registered for SSO Nature Camps or SSO Teen Trail Blazers, this is the Before Care with Transportation location ONLY. Pick up for these campers will be from their camp location at 3pm or from their aftercare location if registered for aftercare. There is no summer school on Jun 6, Jun 13, Jun 19, Jun 20, Jun 27; before care locations will be as follows: SSO Nature Campers & SSO Teen Trail Blazers Campers will be at Maine Park SSO Rewind Campers will be at Centennial Park
