Join Brickton Art Center for their Early Childhood art camp. They will provide a mix of both child-led art and sensory activities as well as instructed art making exploration. We will explore new materials through open-ended art play. Each child will also have the opportunity to create an individual, multi-step art project. Smocks will be provided, but please dress for mess. Please bring a small peanut/tree nut free snack and water. No repeated projects all summer!

Whether you are an avid gardener or just beginning to explore your interest in gardening, garden plots are available to you this spring. Each garden plot is 4'x16'. The community gardens are available daily from dawn-dusk, May 1-October 31. The cost of the plots is $40 per person. Due to the limited availability of spaces and interest in plots, registration is a lottery system open only to Park Ridge residents, age 18 & older. Payment is not required until lottery entries are selected. Lottery takes place on Wednesday, April 1.

Join Ascension Dance Company! We’re looking for passionate dancers to join our competitive dance and performance team. About Us: Ascension Dance Company is a premier competitive and performance team affiliated with the Park Ridge Park District’s Dance Program. What to Prepare: • Attire: Dancers must wear movable, active dancewear suitable for auditions. • Hydration: Bring a water bottle to stay refreshed. • Audition Requirements: Dancers must be prepared to learn and perform a short routine in front of a panel of company judges.
