5180101 / Youth Theater: Creative Drama
Give your child’s imagination a boost! Students will learn the fundamentals of acting through engaging games, imaginative play, and storytelling. Your child will develop core skills such as speaking clearly in front of an audience, vocal projection, using their imagination on stage, concentration, and teamwork. Students will perform a showcase of their work on the last day of class.
5180102 / Youth Theater: Sketch Comedy & Improvisation
Learn the art of Sketch Comedy and Improv! Your child will work with a professional teaching artist to develop and rehearse a combination of classic and original sketch comedy pieces. Students will also dive into the art of improv through engaging games, scene work, and improvisational exercises. Fun and hilarity will certainly ensue! Students will perform a showcase of their work on the last day of the session.
5180103 / Youth Theater: Musical Theater Singing
Students will work with a professional voice instructor to fine tune their singing skills. We will work on a variety of musical theatre vocal styles, from classic to contemporary. Students will improve their pitch, rhythm, and vocal range though group singing exercises. There will be a showcase of their work on the last day of the session.
5180104 / Youth Theater: Musical Theater Dance
Students will work on a variety of dance styles used in musical theatre, including modern, jazz, hip hop, ballet, folk, plus many more! We will learn choreography from a variety of classic and contemporary Broadway musicals and present a showcase of our work on the last day of the session.
5180106 / Youth Theater: Premier Program
Fun is the focus of this 90-minute class that dedicates 30 minutes each to singing, dancing and acting. Your little star will learn basic vocal technique, understand timing when singing, refine coordination while working on simple rhythm and dance moves, and explore stories and characters through fun drama games and activities. This Fall all students will perform in Disney Dreams, a delightful musical adventure starring young performers in a heartwarming celebration of imagination and magic. The story begins at a slumber party, where a group of friends drift off to sleep and are whisked away on a dream-filled journey by the Fairy Godmother herself. From singing with princesses to dancing with beloved Disney characters, the children bring favorite Disney movie moments to life in the most enchanting way.
Saturday students will perform on Saturday, November 15.
Thursday & Sunday students will perform on Sunday, November 16.
5180107 / Youth Theater: The Company
Students in The Company are divided into three groups based on age. They take a one hour class in each of our three disciplines: drama, singing, and dance. Your child will work on vocal technique, train in several dance styles, and hone their drama skills through improv exercises and script work. This fall, step into the glitz and glamour of the silver screen with "Tinseltown: A Musical Celebration of Hollywood." This captivating musical revue takes audiences on a journey through the iconic songs and sensational soundtracks of hit Broadway shows that made their way to the silver screen. With songs and scenes from classic and contemporary movie musicals, this dazzling showcase pays tribute to the legends of the silver screen through a captivating blend of music, dance, and drama. Join us for an evening of entertainment that celebrates the enduring power of Broadway and Hollywood's most unforgettable moments.

5180108 / Youth Theater: Broadway Workshop
Broadway Workshop is the perfect class for both beginners looking to gain a solid introduction into the world of musical theater performance and advanced students ready to refine their skills. From classics like West Side Story and Chicago to contemporary favorites like Six and Hamilton among others, performers will explore characters and songs from iconic Broadway musicals over the last 100 years. Regardless of experience, all students will benefit from a supportive environment and a final showcase where they can demonstrate their growth and passion for musical theater.
3180117 / Theater Camp: Welcome to Munchkinland!
Join Glinda the Good Witch and the Munchkins of Oz on a magical adventure in Munchkinland! Featuring songs from your favorite Oz musicals, Welcome to Munchkinland! will take you on a hilarious and heartfelt journey featuring some of the most memorable Oz characters!
M-F will take place at Maine Park and the performance will take place on Saturday, July 26 at the Centennial Activity Center.
3180128 / Theater Camp: The Wizard of Oz
Our Summer season concludes with the classic tale, in which a Kansas farm girl travels over the rainbow to discover the magical power of home. Experience The Wizard of Oz like you’ve never seen it before! Featuring songs from the classic 1939 film, The Wiz, and Wicked, this incredible adaptation gives students of all levels of experience the chance to tell one of the most popular and endearing stories of all time.
M-F will take place at the camp location and the performance will take place on Saturday, Jul 26 at Christian Heritage Academy.
