Few sports captivate like golf. It is challenging and yet also relaxing. It’s social and yet also an individual pursuit. It’s a game you can learn as a child and spend your life trying to master. We offer lessons taught by a certified PGA golf professional who makes golf accessible to anyone who wants to learn the basics or improve their game. All instruction is provided at Oakton Driving Range, a perfect setting for practicing before or after a session.

PLEASE NOTE: Classes become "unavailable" online 7 days prior to the class start date. To enroll in a class less than a week in advance, please email jmann@prparks.org.

Golf Lessons

Beginner

Designed to introduce the student to the basic fundamentals and to all aspects of the game. Clubs are available to rent.

Intermediate

For the experienced golfer interested in improving swing mechanics and short game (i.e. chipping, pitching). Clubs are available to rent.

Ladies Only

Whether you’re a beginner or experienced golfer, we will work on specific skills and techniques to improve your game. Clubs are available to rent.

Youth Lessons

For ages 5-15, these fun classes will assess each student on an individual basis to develop a program that will help them achieve their goals. Clubs are available to rent.
