We have a variety of trainers at the Centennial Fitness Center to implement a program that is best for you! With varied backgrounds and experiences and availability, our staff is here when you need them — 5AM, 8PM, Saturdays, and Sundays. Let us know when you can workout, and we will be here for you.

Max Edsey

Roberta Smaha

NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Max was born and raised in Park Ridge and has been involved in sports his entire life. While studying Exercise Science at The Ohio State University, he interned at a strength and conditioning facility, helping young athletes maximize their potential. Max received his master’s in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University in England. He has a strong passion for science and making exercise fun, which both serve to drive his coaching. Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition. NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Former competitive body builder. Weight Loss, Strength Training, Body Building, TRX, Circuits, Boxing. Available: Monday-Friday mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends upon request.

Tera Herling

Janet Glowen

NASM/AFAA certified in Personal and Group training. Specializes in weightlifting, HIIT, cardio and boxing. Fitness became Tera's obsession after the birth of her first daughter. Her passion for personal fitness inspired her to help others and make a career out of it. Available: Monday-Friday 10:00am-2:00pm; certain early mornings upon request.
