NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Max was born and raised in Park Ridge and has been involved in sports his entire life. While studying Exercise Science at The Ohio State University, he interned at a strength and conditioning facility, helping young athletes maximize their potential. Max received his master’s in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University in England. He has a strong passion for science and making exercise fun, which both serve to drive his coaching. Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer personal trainer. She recently became certified as an Integrative Movement Specialist-a program designed to help her meet the very specific needs and challenges of each client. She has been a trainer for 20 years and has worked with children on swim teams as well as seniors. Her passion is trying to figure out how her interaction with a client can improve their well-being—whether it is weight loss, improving sports performance, or working through imbalance issues.
