We have a variety of trainers at the Centennial Fitness Center to implement a program that is best for you! With varied backgrounds and experiences and availability, our staff is here when you need them — 5AM, 8PM, Saturdays, and Sundays. Let us know when you can workout, and we will be here for you.

Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer personal trainer. She recently became certified as an Integrative Movement Specialist-a program designed to help her meet the very specific needs and challenges of each client. She has been a trainer for 20 years and has worked with children on swim teams as well as seniors. Her passion is trying to figure out how her interaction with a client can improve their well-being—whether it is weight loss, improving sports performance, or working through imbalance issues. Available: upon request.

20-plus Years Personal Training experience. NASM, ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Senior Exercise Specialist, Wieght Loss, Pre-Post Natal, Senior Fitness. Available: Tuesday 8:00am-2:30pm; Wednesday 10:30am-2:00pm; Thursday 7:00am-11:00am; Friday PM; weekends upon request.

He got into weight lifting in high school and never looked back. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2001; in health clubs, small boutique studios, private in-home contracts and non-profits. Carla is deeply rooted in her passion for helping people stay active and extract every drop of life out of every single day. As a fitness trainer, Carla has built her success upon a foundation of mutual trust and respect, by empowering clients to embrace a physically active lifestyle as a means of achieving happiness and a sense of well-being.
