Personal Training

Take the fear and guess work out of exercise! Our certified trainers are available to help you attain your personal fitness goals. We have a variety of personal training options to choose from and our trainers are flexible and willing to work around hours that are convenient for you.

Reasons to consider a personal trainer:

  • You need to be motivated in order to stay with a fitness program.
  • You are a beginner who needs consistency in your exercise program.
  • You believe you have reached a plateau in your fitness regimen and need an extra boost to break through to the next level.
  • You have limited time to achieve optimal results.

Personal training sessions are not included in a membership and are available for an additional cost by appointment only.

Individual One Hour Session

$55 member / $70 non-member

Individual 45 Minute Session

$45 member / $58 non-member

Individual Half Hour Session

$30 member / $39 non-member

Partner Training One Hour Session

$65 member / $85 non-member

Note: Small-group training for three to four people is available upon request. Non-members may use the center 30 minutes before and/or after their workout with a trainer.

Fitness Analysis

Whether you’re just beginning a diet and fitness program or you want advice on your current routine, our fitness analysis will give you the information you need to succeed. Our trainers will help you figure out your current fitness status and help you get on your way to the new fit you. Get started now.

Half Hour Appointment

$30 member / $39 non-member
Body Fat Measurement, BMI (Body Mass Index) Measurement, Target Heart Rate, Height, Weight and Body Measurements, Blood Pressure Testing, Daily Calorie Requirement for gaining, losing or maintaining weight.

One Hour Appointment

$55 member / $70 non-member
All of the above plus Physical Fitness Assessment and a recommended personal exercise program.

A fitness analysis should be done prior to working with a personal trainer. Further appointments may be scheduled for any help with diet recommendations or personal training sessions.
