Take the fear and guess work out of exercise! Our certified trainers are available to help you attain your personal fitness goals. We have a variety of personal training options to choose from and our trainers are flexible and willing to work around hours that are convenient for you.
Reasons to consider a personal trainer:
- You need to be motivated in order to stay with a fitness program.
- You are a beginner who needs consistency in your exercise program.
- You believe you have reached a plateau in your fitness regimen and need an extra boost to break through to the next level.
- You have limited time to achieve optimal results.
Personal training sessions are not included in a membership and are available for an additional cost by appointment only.
