General Information

Take the fear and guess work out of exercise! Our certified trainers are available to help you attain your personal fitness goals. We have a variety of personal training options to choose from and our trainers are flexible and willing to work around hours that are convenient for you.

Reasons to consider a personal trainer:

  • You need to be motivated in order to stay with a fitness program.
  • You are a beginner who needs consistency in your exercise program.
  • You believe you have reached a plateau in your fitness regimen and need an extra boost to break through to the next level.
  • You have limited time to achieve optimal results.

Session Types

Personal training sessions are not included in a membership and are available for an additional cost by appointment only.

Note: Small-group training for three to four people is available upon request. Non-members may use the center 30 minutes before and/or after their workout with a trainer.
