Join us and Patina Wine Bar to explore the rich and diverse world of wines. You’ll enjoy side by side wine tastings with food pairings at each. Come to one session or all. Try something new and daring! Make an acrylic paint that uses buttons to add novelty, depth and color. Have a jar or bag of beads at home? you are welcome to bring and I will share what I have as well. Each will make a tree portrait using multimedia effects to make a one-of-a-kind piece of art. Yoga for Aging Well
This mat yoga class will focus on building strength, agility, balance and flexibility. This is a more active class for seniors that includes floor, seated, and standing postures. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor on their own. Instructor: Jodi Fedoruk. No class on 10/12. CAC

Mindful Chair Yoga
Combine mindfulness practices with yoga movements and breath work that will help you find strength, flexibility and balance. Class is primarily on a chair without a mat. All experience levels are welcome. Instructor: Maryann Beckman-Berman. CAC
5230604 / STAR Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing experience that combines meditative practices with healing sound vibrations from the use of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes or other acoustic instruments. Promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and facilitates deeper connection with oneself. Can be done seated or lying down. Please bring your own mat, and note that once the class begins, we’re unable to allow entry after the first five minutes in order to preserve the experience for everyone.
