39905 / Camp Lunch Wk 9: Friday, August 7

Campers can choose from fresh pizza, pastas, chicken tenders, and more from Spuntino Pizza. We provide hot and cold nutritious and delicious lunches delivered directly to your child’s camp. Orders and changes are due the Wednesday before the first day of each camp session. To make adjustments to your child’s lunch order, please call Maine Park at 847-692-5127 or email camplunch@prparks.org. We will not be able to make changes to the lunch order it has been submitted to the provider. For more information, please contact Meghan O’Neill at 847-292-8906. Please remember there is no lunch service on field trip days.

3110005 / Summer Camp Swim Testing

Sign up to have your child’s swim level determined prior to the start of camp! While this is optional, we are encouraging as many families as possible to take advantage of this opportunity, as there are benefits to determining your child's swim level prior to the start of camp: • Parent, or a responsible adult, are able to observe their child’s swimming from the pool deck and will have a better understanding of their child’s swim performance. • Child may feel more comfortable swimming while the pool is closed to the public. • Campers will have more time to swim during the camp’s first trip to the pool vs. waiting for a lengthy amount of time during open swim. Sign up for a day and time that works for you and plan on being at the Hinkley Pool 20 to 30 minutes.

3110102 / Code Advantage Minecraft Code: K-Pop Minecraft Hunters

Welcome to the dazzling world of K-Pop stardom and Demon Hunter superhero action! In this exciting Minecraft coding class, students will create and code their own K-Pop Demon Hunter inspired world. Using Microsoft Make-code, they'll code their own Honmoon-sealing hit song, and save their world from demons! Perfect for all the K-Pop loving heroes out there! Prior coding or Minecraft experience not required.

3110103 / IncrediCamps Action Movie Flix

There’s no limits in your action packed movie when using a green screen and camera tricks. Adventures await as you transport anywhere, from captaining a spaceship, to climbing the highest mountain. You’ll collaborate to write, act, & direct in this stunt packed movie where you'll be taught action choreography to thrill the audience. *$35 production fee is included in the cost of the camp. Flix emailed within a month after camp ends.

3110104 / Code Advantage Kidbots & Scratch Jr.

In this hybrid class, students will split the time between engineering and coding. For half of the three-hour class, students will design their own lego robots to have various functions like a car that can steer or light that changes color based on what color a color sensor sees, and the rest of the time will be spent learning to code in Scratch Jr. where students will code their own games and movies!
