Come to Wildwood for the Gone Fishin' Derby at the Maine Park ponds. Registration fee includes bait (wax worms or night crawlers) and all participants receive a goody bag. Registrants must bring their own poles, and there are a few poles available at Wildwood to check out if needed. There are three different age groups: 4 years and younger, 5-8 years, and 9-15 years. Each group has its own 60- or 90-minute fishing session. Please arrive 15 minutes prior the start time to check in. Trophies are awarded for the largest fish, the smallest fish, the most fish caught, and for special catches in each age group at the end of their fishing time. If you have children in multiple age groups, you can all fish at the earliest time. Ages 2-12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive 15 minutes prior the start time to check in.

Watch one of the best fireworks displays around without having to search hours for a parking spot! We have reserved preferred parking in the Maine East High School parking lot just for you. So get your pass and relax while making a contribution towards the fireworks show. Family style tailgaters are encouraged to participate - no alcoholic beverages or grills allowed. Directions and pass will be mailed to you prior to the event.
