Tom Bard

Tom is an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified personal trainer, ISSA certified youth coach, and an ISSA certified nutritionist. Tom has been training for five years, and can use many variations of workouts and mediums to fit specific needs of clients. Tom is a very resourceful trainer and likes to utilize all fitness center resources available for clients, including the indoor pool and outdoors. Whatever goal you set for yourself, Tom can help you achieve it.

Peter Gandy

Peter has worked as a private trainer, coaching multiple clients competing in Powerlifting and Strongman competitions. His experience extends to working with older adult clientele, where he has demonstrated his ability to teach basic balance, chair exercises, and muscle conditioning group fitness classes. Where applicable, Peter also incorporates aquatic fitness techniques to enhance mobility and strength for diverse client needs. Peter holds a Personal Trainer Certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).

Sue Gleeson

Susan is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer personal trainer. She recently became certified as an Integrative Movement Specialist-a program designed to help her meet the very specific needs and challenges of each client. She has been a trainer for 20 years and has worked with children on swim teams as well as seniors. Her passion is trying to figure out how her interaction with a client can improve their well-being—whether it is weight loss, improving sports performance, or working through imbalance issues.

Nahi Lichtenstein

Nahi is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine). He has experience coaching one-on-one and group training in both commercial gym settings and private at-home sessions. Nahi has worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds and has helped them achieve their goals - whether that be building muscle or getting their nutrition in order. He is well versed in all aspects of fitness and enjoys sharing that knowledge with others. 

Available: Monday-Friday 6:00am-Noon or 4:00pm-7:00pm; Saturdays Noon-4:00pm

Jack Swanson

Undergraduate student at North Park University studying Exercise Science and Kinesiology. Going into his Masters degree at Concordia University in the summer of 2026 to study Applied Exercise Science. Experience as a personal and group trainer across all ages and abilities as well as experience in rehab clinics helping people recover from injuries. Certified Personal Trainer through NASM.

Djordie (George) Trifunovic

Djordje is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. He has a background in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine, working with active people of all ages. He got into weight lifting in high school and never looked back. Health & Fitness went from a hobby to a passion and then a career where he can help people achieve their goals.
