The Park Ridge Park District Board of Commissioners has four seats up for election on April 4, 2017. Candidate packets are available at the Park Ridge Park District, Wohlers Hall Administration Office.
The Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) has had a devastating effect on both the Park Ridge community and the Park District.
Continued funding to replace trees lost to disease throughout the Park Ridge parks remains, and as a result, the Park Ridge Friends of the Parks accepts ongoing donations for this cause through the Trees Forever program.
The Park Ridge Park District follows the Illinois Flag Display Act. We receive alerts from the Illinois Governor's office regarding when the flag is to fly at half-staff.
