Tae Kwon Do and Jujitsu

Traditional martial arts like Tae Kwon Do and JuJitsu are blended with modern practical self-defense strategies and techniques. Improve your physical fitness and confidence in self-defense situations. Parents are encouraged to sign up for class and train with their children in the 7-12 age classes.

Realistic self-defense maneuvers (breaking free from holds or grabs from various angles of attack) are taught along with striking, kicking, and pressure point techniques. The class includes strength, flexibility, endurance/cardio training as well as “street smart” psychology.
